Our thorough recruitment procedure includes a formal interview; personal and professional reference confirmation; Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) checks. We also confirm any training already received and verify certificates. All our staff are recruited according to the strict guidelines laid down by the Care Quality Commission and the NHS National Framework Agreement. All our staff are trained and inducted to a high standard by our own in-house training teams. We offer Mandatory training and refreshers courses in Moving and Handling, Safeguarding Adult, First Aid and CPR, Infection Control and Health and Safety.
